WellsBrooke provides comfort and peace of mind to the families of those who receive our service. They appreciate not only the high quality of care, but also the emphasis WellsBrooke places on good communication, especially in keeping the family informed.
With every case that is opened, WellsBrooke begins the communication process by delivering a packet that includes important numbers and contacts for family members. Each new client receives a file tote in which case documentation forms are kept. Our home health aides or nurses fill out a form each time they are in the home. These documents can present a quick snapshot of the activities and services that take place while our staff is in the home, and they are always available for review by the client.
The WellsBrooke staff is trained to alert family members with important changes or concerns that they note while administering service. In addition, WellsBrooke makes it a point to respond to clients and their family members' concerns promptly.
