Home Health Aide
WellsBrooke is a premium home health care agency with cases throughout the state of Michigan. As our company continues to grow, we have new opportunities available for home health aides. We are currently looking for aides in the Macomb and surrounding area.
Candidate will work with clients in the home setting providing for everyday living needs. Duties may include but are not limited to: light housekeeping, meal preparation, taking vitals, and assistance with activities of daily living. Must have Cathing/Bowel program skills. Must be interested in 10 hr. shifts.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in health care field, preferably home health care. Prefer CNA certification. Need a positive, caring, teamwork attitude.

State Tested Nursing Assistants
WellsBrooke has just celebrated 11 years of home health care service in Michigan and Ohio! We are a premium home health care agency with a great team established and are quickly expanding. We are currently seeking STNAs to provide care for patients with a variety of conditions. Part time/Full time positions are available. Please email resume to: jcarter@wellsbrooke.com.
Duties include:
Assist with light cleaning, cooking, and other household chores as needed
Assist with client ADL's
Oral hygiene, hair care, and fingernail care as needed
Observing client condition and reporting any changes to the Case Manager
Some transportation may be required, so you must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
High school diploma / G.E.D.
Current Ohio S.T.N.A. Certification required
At least one (1) year of working experience caring for others in a home or group setting
Previous home health care experience is a plus
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift 40 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must possess own vehicle and have valid auto insurance on that vehicle
Floating High-Tech Aide
We are currently seeking High-Tech Aides for floating positions. Floaters will be on-call and must be qualified to fill in at any of our cases. If interested or would like more information, call our staffing office at 734-468-1770. Note: Because this is an on-call position, the pay rate will be higher than the normal $9-11/hr. Pay will be based on amount of experience.
Home Health Aide/Companion
New to the Health Care field? Gain experience while working for a premium home care company. We are currently looking for Home Health Aides for our new cases. No experience necessary. Home Health Aides provide basic care to our clients such as bathing, oral hygiene, hair and skin care, meal prep and light housekeeping. Some training is available. Home Health Aides/Companions start at $9/hr.!!
High Tech Home Health Aide/CNA
High Tech Home Health Aides needed for new cases. Must have at least one year of experience in the Health Care field or be certified. The ideal candidates will possess all the skills of a basic Home Health Aide and have experience with ambulation and transfer techniques, catheter and colostomy care, bowel programs, and breathing treatments. Some training is available. Pay range is $9 -11/hr., depending on skill level and experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LPN's needed for new cases. Must have at least one year of experience in home health setting, nursing home or hospital. The ideal candidates will possess all the skills of a High Tech Home Health Aide and have experience with tracheostomy care and suctioning, catheter insertion, feeding tubes, medication management, urostomies, and wound treatment. Pay range starts at $20/hr., depending on skill level and experience.
Registered Nurse (RN)
RN's needed for new home care cases. Must have at least one year of experience in home health setting, nursing home, or hospital. The ideal candidate will possess all the skills of a Licensed Practical Nurse and have experience with spinal cord and total brain injuries, cardiovascular diseases, vents, blood draws, IV's and wound treatments. Pay range is $27-30/hr., depending on skill level and experience. Wound and IV visits are also available. Earn $45/visit for wound care and $75/visit for IV's.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
OT's needed for initial evaluations and home visits. Must have at least one year of experience as a licensed OT. Occupational Therapists will conduct evaluation of client's physical condition and needs, including functional, motor, perceptual-motor, and sensory integrative abilities. OT will also identify treatment needs and goals and apply them through visits to the client's home. Pay is $110 for initial evaluation and $65/visit.
Physical Therapist (PT)
PT's needed for initial evaluation and home visits. Must have at least one year of experience as a licensed PT. Physical Therapists will conduct evaluation of client's physical condition and needs, identify treatment goals, and develop and apply treatment program for client through visits to the client's home. Pay is $110 for initial evaluation and $75/visit.
